Linz – Sankt Georgen an der Gusen

The route was almost the hol day along the Donau. There were a nasty cold breeze coming from the east over the Donau.

With a fish on it.

And some interesting signs with information.

The Donau has not so much water in It right now as 5ou can see here.

As I moved away from the river 1-2 km there was tin Chappell with marks of high water

Then there was a nicely painted power building.

At a Doctur I went to the wc and then continued. Then I went to a gash house to get a drink.
I sad there quite long and was not in the mood to continue. Then there 8ame a man and he sad at the same table as me. When he heard that I was going to sleep in a tent he invited me to he’s home. His name is Helmut. He was incredibly generous. He paid me drinks in the Cafe and at home in Abwinden 7owe me spareribs and patatos. And I could dry my tent. Really the only negative thing I can say about him is that he smokeds a lot. He gave his bed to me and slept on the couch.
