Koblenz – Bad Salzig 25 October 2018 Today I went to the ‘Hausarzt’ (general practitioner) to get my last travel vaccination. FSME ( Früh Sommer Meningo Encephalitis) this is a brain infection. 23 October 2018 Kell – Koblenz Alfons drove me down from Kell to the Rhine, meanwhile he told me some history about the region. Down at the Rhine I had a long day ahead. First stop was Andernach. Erpel 21- October 2018 I took a day off and my host didn’t mind that I stayed a day longer. I’m thankful for that. Sight seeing in this very small city. There was a primary school, the kids were baking wafels and playing games. I think they were raising money for their school. So I bought a waffle to ‘support’ them.
